Appearance and Product Replacement

Quills Wedding Stationery reserves the right to replace raw materials if they become unavailable.

Please note that due to the nature of handcrafted items, there may be slight differences to each piece and to any samples previously supplied: this is not deemed as faulty. If product specifications from our suppliers change, I will endeavour to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as your original order.

If the client orders wedding stationery in stages, without prior notice, I cannot guarantee continuity of design.
