How Do I Order Samples?

You may order and pay for your samples online. I aim to send samples out within 10 working days.  Samples are priced individually and there is a maximum order of three samples per household.

Please note that due to the high volume of samples processed, they are printed from standard templates and will not therefore be personalised.

When Do I Need to Place my Order?

I usually need a minimum of eight to ten weeks to complete an order from start to finish. This will allow me plenty of time to order all the necessary components required to complete your order, book in your delivery date and give you plenty of time to approve all of your wording.

How Do I Order?

You can either complete the online enquiry form or email me at sharon@quillsweddingstationery.co.uk. I will need to know the date of your wedding and your stationery requirements. I will then contact you to discuss your order further, book your slot in my production diary and organise your deposit.

I shall require a minimum of 6 weeks to produce your stationery.

How Long Is Delivery?

Orders normally take three to four weeks from confirmation of design, proofs and wording. If you need your stationery urgently, express delivery orders may be available, where I endeavour to dispatch within 14 days.

Please contact me to check availability for an express delivery slot. There is an additional cost of £50.00 for my express delivery service.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

Orders for samples can be securely placed online using your credit/debit card via Paypal, or by posting a cheque. For all other stationery orders, I require a 50% deposit at the time of placing your order, with the balance required prior to delivery. Full payment must be received and cleared through my bank before I can dispatch your order.

Is There A Minimum Order Quantity?

Yes I do have a minimum order quantity of 10 invitations. When placing your order for invitations, it is advisable to order a couple of extra invitations to allow for mistakes when writing, any guests you may have forgotten and spares to avoid needing extra invitations at a later date.

Do You Offer Help With The Wording?

Yes, I can provide wording templates for all of my stationery on request. Upon placing your order I will contact you by email requesting all the information that you would like to be included, however many couples have own ideas of how they would like their wording to be printed.

Either way I can put together drafts which are emailed over to you for approval to help you compile the perfect wording.

Proofing

Once I have received your order I will email you the proofs for your approval. It is at this point that I ask you to please check all details such as spellings, times, dates, make any amendments, and let me know that are happy with your proofs.

You should also take this opportunity to change any wording, fonts or typeface. Please note that I cannot start printing your order until I have received your confirmation of the final proofs.

Fonts

When I design my stationery I select typeface/fonts to complement my designs. Alternative fonts and colours are available for some of my collections.

If you would like to change the fonts in any way, please contact me to discuss other options available.

Printing in Other Languages

Yes. I have supplied invitations in quite a few different languages from all over the world. For languages other than English, please contact me prior to placing an order and I will be happy to help.

Choosing An Alternative Colour Scheme

If I do not display your colour scheme on my website, please send me a swatch/sample of your desired colours and I will endeavour to colour match for you.

If you prefer you may email me your swatch/sample requests, I can then send you a sample of the stationery in your desired colours if you wish. Please ask for further details.
